President's Message

It has been an honor to work along side and on behalf of individuals with disabilities over the past several years. This is an exciting time for the disabilities movement. Today, solutions are being created that offer mass market appeal and have accessibility “built in”. And Aequus is working diligently to lead this charge. We have spent much of the past year building a product suite that will create great change; change in the way that we think about meeting the needs of those of us that struggle to keep pace, but just as importantly change in the economics of creating these solutions. No longer will the excuse of economically unfeasible be an option. Through rigorous product development and competitive pricing models, we believe we have broken these barriers.

For Aequus, this is an incredibly exciting time. As our products expand in the marketplace, alongside some of the best companies in the world, we undertake a great journey; one which I hope will have a lasting impact on society. It is with great pride and humility that we look towards a bright future. But we are also mindful of the past, of the challenges that have come before, and of the constant struggle that keeps so many of our friends and colleagues from achieving their dreams. We ask for your continued partnership. Together, we can make our collective vision into a reality.
